ADDENDUM TO THE SOIL SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS PLAN, COLLINSVILLE SOIL PROGRAM COLLINSVILLE, OKLAHOMA Revision 1 – February 6, 2012 Agricultural Areas This addendum to the Soil Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP), Collinsville Soil Program (CSP), Collinsville, Oklahoma (Shaw, 2009) presents the procedures for the investigation of agricultural areas. 1.0 Agricultural and Undeveloped Properties Distinct residential and commercial yard areas will be addressed in accordance with Sections 2.4.2 and 2.4.3 of the SAP, respectively. The soil samples will be collected and analyzed for comparison with site-specific cleanup levels established by Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). If other areas of the property are used for agricultural purposes or remain undeveloped, these areas will be subject to a visual inspection to investigate those specific locations where the owner knows or suspects the placement of smelter debris as fill material (Visible Smelter Cleanup Plan, Shaw, 2010). If other areas of a property are not distinctly residential or commercial, but the property has been platted with City of Collinsville as of July 20, 2009 in anticipation of a residential or commercial development, the property will be sampled in accordance with Sections 2.4.2 and 2.4.3 of the SAP, using the plat document as the basis for a sample plan.
