(SO6) 1 Section I: Background and Overview School Profile: Students and Staff Collinsville Primary is located in Collinsville, Virginia, which is in the Bassett High School attendance zone. The students from Collinsville Primary feed into John Redd Smith Elementary, Fieldale-Collinsville Middle School, and Bassett High School. The student enrollment for PreK-2 grade is 356, with a pupil teacher ratio of 21:1. Sixty-nine percent of our students participate in the free and reduced lunch program. 22% of the student population is black, 15% is Hispanic, and 56% is white. At Collinsville Primary 8% of the students are identified as special needs. This year, the faculty consists of 8 new staff members. Findings for Intermediate Measures: In the event that some areas need to be re-visited or changed based on data findings, the monthly faculty meetings will allow a reflection time to discuss and possibly implement the change.
