This 5-day Advanced OD Certified Consultant
(ODCC) Program provides participants with an opportunity to increase their credibility, and gain experience to advance their expertise in the field of Organization Development at the consultant level.
The field of Organization Development is making a signficant contribution to the success of many organizations in today’s global market. ““OD is the main tool to develop and manifest an organization’s culture and it is the culture of the organization that sustains how the business executes, embraces change, manages customer focus, creates new value and integrates new team members .” Manfred Gollent , 2010.
Prerequisites: Participants must complete the Organization Development Certified Professional
(ODCP) Program, prior to attending, or have previous experience working in the field of OD. In addition, participants are required to complete a case study or client intervention prior to attending.
In this 5 – day workshop, participants will learn how to demonstrate their organizational behavior consulting skills and knowledge of systems, models, tools, & solutions. They will participate with others to engage in client interviews, data collection, action planning, and facilitate client interventions using a variety of case studies, and real client interaction. This ODCC certificate will be awarded to participants who have completed the ODCP Program, have met the prerequisites, and attended the 5-day assessment program. Experienced OD Consultants will provide coaching and feedback to support skill development. Guest speakers from well-known organizations will provide their insights and experience to expand the participant’s awareness of the trends in OD.

Participants learn the tools and practice skills to demonstrate the following:
1. Action Research Skills - Demonstrate Action Research in a real client intervention and create a case study.
2. OD Consulting – Participants demonstrate OD Consulting skills through a variety of inbasket exercises, case studies, and facilitated events.
3. Complete OD Case Study and Client Intervention and receive coaching from an OD coach during the ODCC Certification Process.
The Advanced OD Certified Consultant Program ( ODCC ) provides participants with an opportunity to learn and practice the art of OD Consulting. This program focuses on practicing a variety of OD Consulting process and techniques.
The program offers a variety of consulting tools, and a framework to equip the consultant to deal with clients experiencing challenges, problems & issues. Participants will learn how to guide the client to analyze the challenge and identify a sustainable implementation plan. The ODCC
Certificate Program provides participants an opportunity to consult with clients and provide Organization Development
Strategies.

To gain the ODCC Certificate, Participants will complete the following assignments.
Complete required all courses in the ODCP Program.
Complete the OD Competency Assessment and Individual Development Plan.
Demonstrate proficiency as an OD Consultant demonstrating the Seven Phase OD Action
Research Model.
Demonstrate proficiency in facilitating OD interviews with clients.
Analyze a variety of case studies and guide clients to determine a strategy.
Demonstrate 3-4 OD Facilitation Tools & Techniques.
Complete relevant assignments.
Demonstrate OD facilitation and coaching skills by participating in a variety of in-basket exercises including case studies, assessments, interviews, and facilitated activities.
Assessors will provide assess each participant’s competencies based, and provide feedback and evaluation for certification.
The expert OD consultant takes a whole systems perspective when evaluating a particular project.

Participants are encouraged to enroll at minimum, three months in advance, and to meet all prerequisites.
Participants must have completed the ODCP program, or have extensive experience in OD.
Once enrolled, participants are required to bring a client intervention using the Action Research Model and to prepare a case study to demonstrate to the Certifying Board. Participants also must demonstrate facilitation, coaching and Action Research Model for Change.
The panel will assess participants based on the demonstration of OD Competencies, outcome of the client project, comprehensive of the Action Research Model, and Skills demonstrated in the assessment activities.
Program hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST). Friday is the graduation. Participants should plan that there will be some homework and anticipate guest speakers in the evening. Previous participants from all countries will be invited.

Nancy is the CEO of Institute of Organization

Dr. Zentis has over 30 years experience in the field of Organization Development and Talent
Management and partners with clients to implement major change initiatives. Nancy has extensive expertise in Capacity Building, Strategic Planning, Talent Management, Succession

Management and Leadership Development.
Nancy holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Management from Capella University and a M aster’s in HRM & Business Management from Central Michigan University. Ilsa is a pioneer servant leader, and founder of several HRD/OD institutions – one established for over quarter century. A veteran in the OD field she currently is the Chairman/CEO of her own consulting firm, CARI-CODE (Caribbean Center for Organisation
Development Excellence Ltd.) She is a collaborative partner with the Institute of Organization Development (IOD) located in South
Florida.
Formally trained by NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences, she offers her expertise in OD/ Facilitation/Training and Customer
Service to clients. She also instituted and provides the Organization
Development Certificate Programs to senior leaders throughout the
Caribbean. She facilitates the implementation of OD interventions, such as Culture Change, Performance Management, Customer Service, Leadership
Development, and Organization Capacity Building.
Ilsa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with Social Sciences and a Master’s Degree in
Psychology and HRD from the University of Cincinnati. A proponent of Sustainable
Development, she advocates the Whole System and Appreciative Inquiry approaches to implement effective transformation and change.
Sherisa has over 30 years combined experience in the field of
Organization Development & Change Management Consulting,
Training Facilitation, Strategic Human Resources Management and
Coaching. She has worked for companies such as Borg-Warner, the Clorox Company, Motorola and many medium size and nonprofit organizations, in roles as Sr. HR Manager, AVP HR, OD
Specialist, and as Consultant with a strategy consulting firm.
Sherisa is a successful Change Agent focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Her background includes developing and expanding leadership and organizational capabilities, designing and delivering team building workshops, and facilitating strategic planning. Sherisa has managed two significant start-up operations, and has been successful with enterprise-wide initiatives for culture transformation, high performance work systems, self-directed work teams, and socio-tech systems. She is currently an OD Consultant and Adjunct Faculty for Institute of
Organization Development.
Sherisa obtained a Fellow in Change Management, and a M aster’s in Organization
Development/Applied Behavioral Science at Johns Hopkins University. Her undergraduate work was completed at Williams College, in Social Science/Management Studies.

Abraham has attended and actively participated in many international conferences and summits and has made numerous contributions by way of volunteering, presentation, workshop and chairing sessions around the globe. He is an Associate Member of the Association of Indian
Management Schools (AIMS).
Abraham holds a PhD in Business Management from Atlantic International University, Masters and PGD in Organization Development and Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the
