We held the International Traditional Archery Games successfully over
years，and we always warmly welcome you our dear friends to attend our
games.
We are very honored to inform you that the Qinghai International Traditional
Archery elite Tournament of 2015 will be held between Sept 3rd and Sept 7th in
Hai nan zhou city,Qinghai Province.It is the most important traditional archery
tournament that China has ever hosted,which over 2o countries have already
entered for.We have a strong sense of confidence that the tournament is going to
be a magnificent folk event of worldwide traditional archery.We invite you to
attend the tournament sincerely and honored.
You and your archers will form a team of 5 members without limit to the
gender.Only Traditional Archers are required.And those archers must be healthy
and are able to adapt to the plateau climate.
Requests for Archery equipment:
I.traditional bows only
II.Wood and bamboo will be the only material of arrows,including arrow tails
The target range is 60 meters in this tournament.Archers who get ranks will
receive huge rewards.All the members of you team can get transportation
allowance.As soon as you get to Xi ning air port, board and lodging expenses
will be free until the tournament ends.

This competition is merely involved with 20 countries and five athletes from
each country are kindly invited for it. This time we give notices to athletes in
many countries for signing up for the competition as the number of the
candidates is limited. So you are kindly reminded to quickly complete the form
and send it back to us. Moreover, whether you have the letter of invitation or
not, you are required to fill out this form. We will take this form as the
registration form for applying for the competition. We will confirm 20 athletes
in these countries who are first to have sent their forms and will be identified as
the invited athletes for the competition. As long as the number of the invited
athletes complies with our plan, the competition entry will be automatically
terminated. Those friends who are not invited may pay attention to our coming
competition.
