The Punggol South Quarterly Trial Shoot will be held every quarterly in the year. All members from the
following clubs are cordially invited to participate in the shoot. We welcome all members to participate and
need your support tremendously.

The rationales behind these trial shoots are as follows:
- Is to allow archers who have no external competition experience to get familiarize
themselves with competition rules and procedures.
- Is to allow an archer to self-upgrade himself/herself to a higher class when he has
achieved the Gold badge in his/her respective class.

Grading Scores: For all classes, badges will be awarded to the archers when their scores meet the
requirement as shown below:

Rules and Regulations:
1.
The archers should be shooting at their own respective class they are in and please check with
their coaches if they are not sure.
2. The class whom the archer had shot at his/her first trial will determine his or her starting class in
the coming trials. Once the archer had shot in this class he/she is not allowed to step back to the
lower classes. The archer can only stay on at the same class or proceed to the next higher class to
challenge the higher award badges.
3. Archers will be awarded badge he/she achieved for the first time according to the score table
above, however if the archer’s score happened to span over 2 grades e.g the Gold award, the
archer is allowed to purchase badges of the lower grades i.e Bronze and Silver at $5 each.
4. Archers are required to record the scores accurately and signed on the score sheets after each
round and all scores will be check by officials on duty and consider as final.
5. There will be no equipment inspection, but FITA Standard Rules applied.
6. You must register and pay up the fee 1 week in advance before the trial day.
7. Organizer reserved the rights to issue the badges to the qualified archers at a later date when all the
score compilation had been completed and also subject to availability of stocks.
8. The badge is awarded once per class per grade. That is the archer who achieved the same scores
range for subsequence trials he/she will not be warded the same badge again.
9. Dress code shall be in Club’s attire.
10. Late entries will be subjected to vacancies available in the lane on the trial day.
11. In the event of bad weather, the shoot will be postponed to the following Sunday.
