Social Workers in rural Michigan.
Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

Understand the diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorders
Obtain an overview of some biological theories of bipolar disorder
Consider assessment approaches
Discuss the current evidence base for approaches to treatment
