Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that teaching is for the moral, ethical, intellectual development of the students.
Through reading about people and lives unlike themselves students ability to critically analyze
the world and situations around them will develop independently of their teachers and peers and
they will become active citizens in and of the world. Most importantly they will develop their own
sense of social justice through reading, discussion and critical thinking.
