Capital Improvements:
Upper Vliet Street storm water separation project completed - installed six new structures retro
fitted three others, curb replacement, milling and pavement of street
Storm sewers install upper section of Western Ave.
Sewer repair and road realignment - Chestnut Street
Restoration work throughout areas where storm water separation project was installed
Road reconstruction and pavement replacement - Johnston Ave.
Restoration work to repair damage from deep freeze - Music Hall, Library and Senior Center
Sanitary and storm water improvements upper Manor Ave area
Building Projects
Library – Boiler installation
New fencing installed along river bank - VSI
VSI Pond – Continuing landscaping improvements
Lansing’s Park – spray ground equipment repairs
Completed work on safety inspection in all City Playgrounds
Placement of safety matting in various city parks
Major repairs to water intake North Mohawk Street and Water filtration plant

Milling and paving of various City streets (over a dozen)
City-wide spring and electronic waste cleanup/Hazardous waste collection
Water Valves and Fire Hydrants replaced City wide
