Women we are our husband’s helpers:
The first thing a kingdom wife must do is help her husband. To be your husband's helper is not to Lose
or limit yourself. It actually maximizes your divinely bestowed gifts, talents, skills, and training for the
betterment of the home under the leadership of your husband.
Let's go back to Adam and Eve... You may say going back again, but this is where the origin of marriage
came forth. Adam and Eve in their innocence represented how marriage was supposed to be. As God
got ready to create Eve, He made that profound statement, "it is not good for man to be alone, I will
make a helper suitable for him" (Gen. is 2:18). I am going to make someone to come along side Adam,
someone who will correspond to him and help accomplish the divine agenda that I have given to both of
them. Also read Genesis 1:27, 26. He made them both to have dominion, male and female.
In order to get the agenda completed the woman must realize that she is her husband's helper.
A real Diamond- proverbs 31:10-31- depicts an excellent wife who fulfills her kingdom agenda. The
writer begins with, “Who can find a virtuous woman?" An excellent woman. Verse 10 goes on to say, for
her price is far above rubies...her worth is far above jewels. A woman who sees herself as an expensive
diamond jewel should be treated as such. The Hebrew word excellent means "a woman of nobility, a
woman of great worth." A woman who sees herself as costume jewelry will likely be treated as
such...like costume jewelry. Helping her husband by portraying the bride, the church, should be first on
the wife's list. A Christian woman will seek the good of her husband all the days of her life.
Help him financially-Proverbs 31:13, 14, 16, 24. Don't think you have to give up everything...throw your
education in the garbage, put your skills on hold, and give up all opportunities to be productive. The
wife can't love her career so that her husband and household is not benefitted. When a woman lives
her life with little thought to the betterment of her husband, she has joined hell in helping to dissolve
her marriage.
Help him parentally-Proverbs 31:15-this woman is so concerned with the care of her household that she
gets up before everyone to take care of the needs of her household. The job of the home is to raise the
next godly seed. Paul said to the older women. Encourage the young women to love their husbands, to
love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home...Titus 2:3-5. Don't let the program downtown
pull you from your home.
Help him personally-Proverbs 31:17-a christian wife helps her husband by looking good taking care of
her person. Her mAn is excited to come home. A woman gets up everyday and goes in the mirror to go
outside the home to work. She knows the boss doesn't want haggard looking people on the job. She
may not like her boss but she takes care of her boss. The husband comes home and has to take care of
himself. The husband should be first partaker.
Help him minister-Proverbs 31:20-not just pastor’s wives. She works alongside her husband in
ministry...extends her hand to the poor...She opens her mouth with wisdom...she doesn't have time to
spend gossiping. She is too busy taking care of her husband. There is nothing more beautiful than a
woman who ministers alongside her husband.
Help his reputation-Proverbs 31: 23. She helps her husband acquire a solid reputation.. The office must
know that this man can do what he can because of the wife he has. When he steps out, he is the
sharpest man in the office, check out how your husband is looking. Check your husband and make some
adjustments to make him look better.
