Optical microscopy and image analysis
To use any of the equipment you will need to be able to prove you have been given permission to do so
and have received the necessary training.
Please contact laboratory staff to book equipment beforehand.
If you do not find the equipment in the right condition (if it has not been switched off or a computer is
connected to it, or if it has not been covered, etc.), please contact laboratory staff.
The samples you wish to observe and work with should be clean and dry.
When you have finished, switch off all of the equipment (microscopes, hardness testers, digital cameras,
computers, etc.) and cover it.
