REFLECTED LIGHT MICROSCOPE MANUFACTURER: ZEISS MODEL: AXIOIMAGER M1 APPLICATION: Upright materials microscope for nanometric disposal observation. It includes digital camera, polarization accessories and UV filter. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Axioimager M1 is a materials upright microscope which is prepeared to work in reflected and transmited light modes. Nevertheless, we do only dispose of the reflected light source because our samples must be observed by using different contrast technics (brightfield., darkfield., interference contrast (DIC)). This microscope permits observing samples with outstanding contrast even at very high magnifications. The darkfield condenser provides perfect illumination of the 2.5x to 100x objectives without changing condensers. Carl Zeiss contrasting technique C-DIC with needle-sharp, highcontrast images enables to see structures and sample details in unprecedented brilliance and precision. The C-DIC modules have also been further optimized and are now built into a modulator revolver. Operation is even easier and faster. The tube lens turret of Axio Imager provides more flexibility in adapting the desired field of view. Besides, it automatically saves with the image the actual total magnification. Objectives: o Epiplan: Achromatically corrected and made strain-minimized, for example for high-qualitiy DIC. They create a flat field image for a 23 mm field of view. (5x, 10x, 20x , 40x) o Eiplan-Neofluar: Perfect for precise imaging of fine color and structural details. Excellently corrected and made strain free for sharp C-DIC, they create a flattened image for a 25 mm field of view. (100 x) Polarizers for reflected light: UV filter. Special wafer holder.
