Role Purpose
The Primary focus for this role will be to work in arvato within the Professional Services & Programmes
department supporting/coordinating the corporate charity partnership with the Prince’s Trust.
The opportunity will require someone with an ability and willingness to help develop/embed the charity,
working with all employee levels of the organisation.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities



Engaging employees across all sites and at all levels to embed the Prince’s Trust into the
organisation
Creating, implementing and managing initiatives e.g. the Charity Day initiative or fundraising activities
with the Prince’s Trust Account Manager and local site Charity Champions
Designing fundraising materials, such as leaflets and flyers;








Manage regular communications with volunteers including the use of the Organisation’s intranet,
website and social media;
Managing charity budget
Managing fundraising targets
Liaising with the Marketing team to raise the profile of the organisation's services and campaigns;
Liaising with the Charity Champions to recruit and coordinate the work of volunteers;
Represent arvato’s participation with the Prince’s Trust charity internally and externally (including
voluntary sector organisations, the media, local authorities, business contacts, trustees and other
stakeholders or clients);
Co-ordinating the day to day running of the charity, such as dealing with our Charity Champions, staff
telephone/email enquiries
Complete any administrative tasks, such as, gathering data, preparing reports, database
management and clerical work to meet the charity's needs
Key requirements
We would like to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive individual.
candidate would have previous experience in:




Ideally the suitable
working within the charitable/third sector
engaging staff
organising corporate events/activities
corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes
Key skills include:





A sound understanding of commercials (particularly with supporting a charity)
High I.T. literacy skills
Excellent communication skills
Good presentation skills
Ability to persuade, encourage and engage employees
