We have an exciting opportunity for a student to join our Human Resources team on a 13 month internship supporting the Talent Acquisition and

What are my responsibilities?
Co-ordinate and plan university engagement activities
& communicate with key stakeholders in the university and in Siemens
Event management for our Siemens Student Award programmes as well as talent programs
Support our keep in touch programme for graduates and interns
Co-ordinate requests for work experience and internships
Work with Marketing and Communications Manager to support maintenance of our graduate branding
Development of standard toolkits and useful material for managers regarding graduate and internship recruitment and development
Support the development of talent management processes across Siemens UK
Contribute to the roll-out of consistent talent management practices, by liaising with the HR community
Maintain the Talent Governance shared area and ensure talent management support materials are updated and improved
Support Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) project activities and communication plans
Maintain and develop of the graduate website and education portal
Responsible for updating internal intranet pages to keep employees informed on Entry Level Talent
Ensure intern and graduate support materials for managers are updated and improved
Support Diversity Topics
What do I need to qualify for this job?
You will be studying towards a Business related or
Human Resources related degree working towards a 2:1 or above and looking to complete a 13 month
Internship as part of your degree
You will have a strong interest in a career in Human
Resources or Recruitment, especially relating to
Talent Management
You will be a good communicator, have the ability to build relationships and have excellent organisational skills
What else do I need to know?
This role will be for a 13 Month Fixed Term Contract starting in July 2015 and be based in our Frimley office.
Some travel will be required around the UK so you will need to be flexible in regards to travel.
