Mrs. Fesperman’s What’s Up!
Week of January 19th
Monday, January 18th will be a holiday for
students in observance of Martin Luther
King, Jr.
We will continue MAP testing on Tuesday,
January 19th (math) and Wednesday, January
20th (language). We will begin testing each day
at 8:00. Please make sure your child gets a
good night’s sleep, eats a nutritious breakfast,
and arrives on time to school. I know they will
do great!

Important Information
Students may bring a water bottle as long as it
doesn't leak, spill, or cause distractions in the
classroom. (Please no juice.)
Students may bring a daily healthy snack.
Students may want to keep a sweater or a light
jacket in their backpack if they are susceptible to
the air conditioning being too cold. This building
seems to run a bit cooler than some.
Please visit the student handbook from the Bryan
County website for all questions about dress code
and procedures at all schools. Click "Students and
Parents" from the home page, then "Students
Handbook 2015-16".
Parents may eat with their children and volunteer in
the classroom starting after Labor Day.
Any transportation changes must be made in writing.
Email will not be accepted. If it is an emergency,
please call the office or send a note with your child.
Teachers will not be checking email throughout the
instructional day.
No party invitations will be allowed to be delivered at
McAllister Elementary.
Breakfast will be $1.50; Lunch will be $2.50
Remember school starts at 7:40 and ends at 2:40.
Online Volunteer Training begins August 31st.
Report Cards go home on January 7th
