end of the semester.
S. Matheny met with L. Billingsley
regarding the 2011/2012 plan. No
weaknesses were found, all
submission deadlines were met, and
we are exempt from changing any
criteria on plan. Clerical changes are
needed: bookmarks that will allow
links to other documents (at bottom
of plan).
By 12/1/12, L. Billingsly/S.
Matheny will add bookmarks to
2011/2012 plans, as well as
changing plan to state that it will
be evaluated every year rather
than every 2 years.
Data collection needs to be done for
2012/2013 plan.
Data collection for 2012/2013
plan will be done via survey
monkey. L. Billingsly will send
email to faculty for data collection
and then have a follow-up
meeting with S. Matheny on
1/28/13 to review data.
By 7/1/13 any changes needed for
2012/2013 plan is due, as well as our
plan checklist.
Plan checklist was completed on a
preliminary basis for the
2011/2012 plan and will be
forwarded to L. Billingsly (see
Addendum A).

2011 Employer Survey in order to
make suggestions for changing the
report if needed, and to plan how to
conduct the survey in spring 2013.
