SAINT REPORT
Please submit a three-page, typed, double spaced, saint report.
Your report must include ALL of the items below regarding the saint’s name that you will be
choosing for Confirmation.
1. Your name and your teacher or catechist’s name.
2. The Saint’s name you chose for your Confirmation name.
3. The reason you are choosing this saint’s name.
4. The feast day of the saint your chose.
5. Tell briefly about the life of your saint. Consult a saint biography or internet source.
6. Why was this individual made a saint?
7. How is this saint an example of faith to you? How can this saint help you in your Catholic
faith?
8. Include a list of references or works cited as a fourth page. Use a minimum of three sources,
one from the internet and at least two books. Books are available from the Religious
Education library and St. Clare School library. (A saint book would make a wonderful gift for
you this year for Christmas, your birthday, or some other special occasion. ) Do not
plagiarize your Saint report!
9. The priests will read your saint report prior to your Confirmation interviews.
