Sent: Thursday, May 21, 2015 5:19:14 PM Subject: Pine Island Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code Update Good afternoon Phil, Bill, Noel, Mike, Kathy, and Dan: As each of you are aware, we are working on the preliminary Lee Plan and LDC amendments for the Pine Island Community. Within the next week, we anticipate having a working draft of the initial Lee Plan and LDC amendments. We would like to solicit each of your assistance in reviewing the preliminary draft, providing comments, and suggesting changes prior to finalizing the draft. If you would like to assist us, please let me know. Once I have the final list of individuals that will assist, we will set up a meeting with the group to review the draft and discuss the review parameters moving forward. If possible, I would like to meet late next week or early in the following week. I imagine the meeting will take a good part of a day with at least one follow up meeting. After this group has finalized the preliminary draft, we would then distribute to the Community for further review and input over the summer with additional Community meetings. Finally, due to the on-going litigation, we must insist on keeping the discussion confidential. If the confidentiality requirement is not acceptable to you, please let me know in advance. If you have any questions about your assistance or the nature of the review going forward, please call me to discuss. Thanks in advance for your assistance, Michael D.
