Integrated Preschool Program
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The Ewing School District Integrated Preschool Program at Antheil
Elementary School will serve both typically developing and special needs
children, three to five years of age. Our special needs children are placed in
the program through eligibility criteria outlined in the New Jersey
Administrative Code. Typically developing children are placed in the
program through an application procedure and will be charged a monthly
fee. The program will immerse children in a variety of language related
activities, art and music activities, pre-readiness activities and hands-on
activities that promote academic and emotional growth. Each session will
be comprised of up to eight typically developing children and up to eight
children with special needs.
The morning session will run from: 9:15 am until 11:45 am.
The afternoon session will run from: 12:45 pm until 3:15 pm.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:
Children must be three years of age on or before September 1, 2013, and
cannot start the program until their third birthday. Placement into morning
or afternoon session is up to the Preschool Coordinator. Residents of the
Ewing Township School District will be placed first. Residents outside of
the Ewing Township School District will be placed if there are remaining
openings.
TUITION:
The tuition will be $370 per month for the 2013-2014 school year, and will
be paid to the Ewing Township School District. Payment is expected on the
fifth of each month. The first and last months’ payment plus a $25
registration fee for a total of $765 is due by July 1, 2013.
