The ‘60 plus Seniors Program’ is separate from Open Hour membership. It is a Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday program offered to anyone age 60 and older (regardless of affiliation). The cost is $120/year and they must see Woody to sign up.

Summer memberships are available to non USCA college students home for the summer. Cost is $20/month. Must provide college ID to sign up.

Members MUST present proof of affiliation EACH time they join or renew their membership. See the back of this sheet for types of verification. There are a few membership types that will require verification from Professional Staff (see Woody).

New members and renewing members that are not in the computer system will need to complete the Medical History and Informed Consent.

In the AFFILIATED category, the spouse should only be allowed to join IF the original affiliated person is a member. (Ex: Alumni Spouse cannot join unless the Alumni is a member); Exceptions may apply… (ex. If the original affiliated person is deceased and the spouse has been a prior member)

GUEST PASSES – Are available for both facilities. Guest must be accompanied by a member and complete an informed consent. Fee = $5/day.
