Exhibition Proposal Form
We can’t wait to hear your ideas!
Cameco Spectrum 2016 is an opportunity to show off your projects, ideas, and innovative designs. Displays are created,
designed, and demonstrated by you, the students. If you are interested in running a display at Spectrum 2016, please fill
out the following form.
Display funding:
Cameco Spectrum 2016 will be able to reimburse up to $30.00 per display to help cover any supply costs. If required, you
may apply for a secondary reimbursement up to an additional $100.00. Please ensure you are keeping receipts from all
purchases for use in the reimbursement process.
Exhibition display competition:
All exhibitions will be judged over the course of Spectrum 2016. Awards will be presented for the following categories:
 Best Technical Display
 Best Educational Display
 Best Innovative Display
 Best Overall Display
Form submission deadline:
Please have your exhibition proposal submitted by December 15, 2015.

Display Summary: Please summarize what you are interested in displaying at spectrum. Be sure to include any unique
notes, such as a safety age-restriction, if the display is interactive or delicate, any special resources you may have difficulty
acquiring, etc.
Space Requirements: Please provide estimated measurements for the space your display will require to be set up. Please
include all measurements in feet. If it is difficult to estimate specific dimensions, provide at the least an estimated square
footage. NOTE: we will try to best accommodate you, but there is no guarantee you will be allotted this much space.

Technical Requirements: Please list any technical requirements your display may need. For example, if your display needs
access to electrical outlets, water, additional electrical cords, etc.
Justification: Use the following space to explain why your display is valuable to have at Cameco Spectrum 2016.
Formal Description: Please write a short (around 100 words) formal description of your display. This will be used within
the Spectrum 2016 magazine to describe your display to the public.
