Halloween Parade and Dance on Friday. Students may wear “nonscary” costumes.
Dance from 3-5 pm. Students may not have been on Orange, Red, Gray, or received an
office referral.
The fieldtrip has been postponed due to the weather. I will pass on the reschedule
information as soon as I know! Thank you for all you do!

Theme: The theme of a story is the author’s message. Think about
what the characters do and say. Use these key details to help you
figure out the theme.
Reliable Narrator vs. Unreliable Narrator: Can we believe what
the narrator and characters are telling us?
Historical Fiction: A made-up story that takes place in a real time
in the past. Has illustrations that show historical details..
Simile: Compares two different things using like or as. Make
writing more exciting.
Math:
