Snap Shot of this Week
This week was Red Ribbon Week! The students
enjoyed doing all of the theme days to help pledge
against drugs! In language arts we began a character
trait unit! We used Wayside School stories to compare
and contrast different r traits of different characters.
Then students created a project that described their
traits. These projects turned out super cute! In math
we started chapter two which focuses on subtraction
with regrouping! We completed 4.1 and 4.2! Students
did a fun scavenger hunt again! We also had our
“spooktacular” Halloween party on Friday! The
children were looking forward to it all week long!
Next Week:
Next week we will be continuing our unit on character traits! We will
also be continuing with chapter 4 in math! Your children will be
wrapping up social studies with Mrs. Luzar (test is on Monday).
Please continue to do Moby Max, Achieve 3000 and reading at
home! Please remember we do not have school next Tuesday
because of elections!
