Abs-olutely Pilates
Pilaties with an added emphasis on your core! Stretch and tone muscles and enhance posture, muscle balance, muscle
tone, flexibility, and mind-body control, and hit those abs together!

Aqua ZUMBA!
Your favorite Zumba classes move to the water! This class is great for people who have joint issues that
keep them from participating in land classes. (45 min)
Cardio Fusion
This class blends many different cardio exercises into one great work out! All ages and exercise levels are
welcome to this class. (1 hr.)

Makin’ Waves
Pilates
Maintain and/or gain proper body balance with this class. Concentrated moves for all ages! (1 hr.)
This is a group exercise class using our stationary spin cycles. This class is geared towards an
intermediate rider who wants a great cardio and leg workout. (45 min)
Let’s get in over our heads! This class is held in the deep end of our swimming pool and is geared
towards someone who wants more intensity to their water workout. (45 min)
Appropriate for all ages and people new to exercising. This cycle class is geared towards the beginning cyclist who
wants a good workout and guidance about cycling. (30 min.)
This class will get you sweating as you use punching and kicking to fuel your workout. (45 min)
Water class for all ages. Includes strength and cardio training using water resistance and water dumbbells. (45 min-1
hr.)
Stretch and tone muscles and enhance posture, muscle balance, muscle tone, flexibility, and mind-body control.

SilverSneakers
Classic ®
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of
movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are
offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. (45 min)
SilverSneakers
Cardio ®
Get up and go with an aerobics class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-tofollow, low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises
designed to energize your active lifestyle. (45 min)
SilverSneakers
Circuit ®
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit
workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is
alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation
exercises.. (45 min.)
Step It Up
Works your heart and tones the major muscles in your legs. Get ready for this intense workout! (45 min.)
Stretch
Stretch and tone muscles and enhance posture, muscle balance, muscle tone, flexibility, and mind-body control.
(45 min.)
Total Body
Designed to help strengthen and tone all muscle groups. Bands, hand weights, steps, etc will be used. Great for
beginners to advanced exercisers. (45 min.)
Yoga or Yoga 2
Yoga Basics / Yoga
for Beginners
Slow, controlled movements and deep stretches of Yoga poses are used to release tension, develop flexibility, and
build strength. Yoga 2 is a higher intensity/more advanced yoga (1 hr.)
Don't know a down dog from a cat/cow?? This floor mat class will cover the very basic yoga poses while increasing
your balance, flexibility and overall strength. Yoga is a great way to increase bone density while protecting your joints.
ZUMBA!®
Get a cardio workout while dancing to the rhythms and movements of Latin music. (45 min.)
ZUMBA! Core ®
Work on that 6 pack by doing some Zumba! dance moves that target the abdominals (30 min)
ZUMBA Tone®
Class will use the same great music and dance moves but add additional fitness moves and focus on certain body
parts. (45 min.)
