The year I got a newborn puppy.. This was one of the most exciting years of my life, a puppy, a real live puppy! This is how it all happened.. one Christmas I asked nothing but a puppy not even stocking stuffers, and I got just that. My mom told me that there was a lady in hope who was selling newborn puppies. I said, “WOW!” Then she told me that they weren’t ready yet because they were still growing strong on their mothers milk. I was kind of sad then, but I quickly got over because I knew it wouldn’t be a avery long wait. About 2-3 weeks later.. the lady came down from hope, and we met her at Pizza Hut. My mom got out of the car and the lady open her door, I had never seen anything so cuter in my life. He was a 6 ounze Yorkie Poodle. He had brown fur, but his ears were blonde. I fell in love as soon as I laid my eyes on him. Directly after we picked him up from Pizza Hut, we went to pet smart to get him a couple toys, some treats, and a bed. Finally, we took him to his new home. We called him Rascal, Rascal White. The End! Hahaha! We were having dinner about 1 month ago, and my brother recited “Ain’t Nobody got Time for That!” IT WAS SO HILARIOUS!! We were all just having a normal family conversation and eating our dinner, and then it got very quiet all of a sudden. My brother busted out with, “I woke up this morning to go get me a cold pop, and I thought somebody was barbecuing. I said oh Lord Jesus it’s a fire. I didn’t put no shoes on my feet or nothing Jesus. I ran for my life. Then the smoke got me. I got bronchitis. AIN’T NOBODY GOT TIME FO DAT!! We all laughed our socks off! That was a dinner that I will never forget! I got on my bike and rode to K-mart. I bought a lottery card, walked out of K-mart, got back on my bike, and rode home. I finally made it back home. I got of my bike thinking inside my head.. why did you spend your money on a stupid lottery card. I knew I probally wouldn’t win anything. I unlocked the door to my house and went inside. I sat down at my kitchen table and took out the lottery card from my K-mart bag. I took out a dime from my coin purse. I took a deep breath and began to scratch the card very slowly. I saw a 1 on the card and I said, “Eh, that’s nothing.” Then I kept scratching the card and I saw a zero. I saw another zero, and another zero, another zero, another zero, and finally the last zero. I counted up all those zeros in my head. It was 6 zeros in all. “Is that one million dollars?” I asked myself. “Yes, yes it is!!” I got up out of my kitchen chair, dropped my dime on the floor, and passed out! I stayed lying on the ground until my parents arrived at home and found me there. They shook me and shook me and screamed my name “MOLLIE, MOLLIE!!” I got up instantly. They asked me what happed and I explained every little detail to them. As soon as they heard the words one million come out of my mouth they nearly passed out as well. I calmed them down, then they asked, “ Mollie, what in the world are you going to do with all that money? I replied “if I had a million dollars…” I would… “first of all give you guys some mom and dad.” “You guys are my parents and I love you two.” After that I would spend a little for myself. I would put away a little for college. That way I way would already have some money for to start building up on. Ooo, I would go shopping! You know, to get me new clothes and shoes and things of that nature. Oh, and I would never forget, charity; I would give them a piece of it as well because it always very kind and nice to give to other human beings that are way less fortune than you. After that I would.. actually I would put the rest in my bank account. I would never in a trillion years spend money just to be spending money. So there you have it mom and dad! That’s exactly what I would do with one million dollars. I know it’s not much, but it doesn’t need to be much, otherwise you be out of money in the blink of an eye. You know what would also be nice.. take my family on the trip they always wanted to go on. I believe they would really enjoy that. There’s absolutely no problem with going on a vacation once and a while. There’s a lot a lot of things you could do with a million dollars, but you can’t do it all. I would also maybe buy a new car for myself. Hmm.. which car would I want to buy. Not sure? All I have left to say is never doubt a lottery card! The hardest decision I’ve ever had to make in my entire life is… Which one do you want to do, dance or sports? At that moment I nearly had a panic attack. I couldn’t function at the time. I could not do the both of them what so ever. We were too busy at the time, and it just wouldn’t work out for our schedule. My mother and I sat down and we had this long long talk about how I was going to fit all of this into my schedule almost everyday. After about 15 minutes of me and my mom having a talk I finally made up my mind; I chose sports. Why? Well, compared to dance.. dance was about 3-4 days a week. Sports? Sports was only 1 day a week. I almost broke down into tears, because I really wanted to do both. Mabye about 2 days later my mother contacted my dance teacher, and explained to her my schedule, and how I couldn’t come to dance 3-4 days a week. My dance teacher said “Oh that’s fine, she only has to come on that one night, tuesday.” My mom replied “Really?” Then she said “well in that case she can come!” Right after my mom got off of the phone with my dance teacher she revealed to me the good news. I was so excited, I didn’t know what to do. I just jumped up and down! Well, I got to do both of the things that I love, and that’s all that matters. The summer of 2009 is when it all happened.. One of the most interesting summers in history! My family and I packed our bags, and hit the road “Jack”! We traveled to Hot Springs, AR on a friday evening. I was overly excited! We were on our way to the Josephine Tussaud Wax Museum! We arrived at about 8 o’clock that night. Our hotel was already ready. We immediately walked to our room, well I ran of course. Our room smelled like a tub full of fresh violets picked from a field on Sunday morning. I was very sleepy so I brushed my teeth, washed my face, put on my pajamas, brushed my hair and jumped in bed, literally! There was a big day ahead of me so I knew I needed to get plenty rest. I kept tossing and turning throughout the night because I was soo thrilled. After a while I finally fell asleep. Finally, it was morning. I woke up to the smell of fresh orange juice and bacon. My mom told to me go ahead and eat breakfast and then get ready for the wax museum. I quickly replyed “OK!” I ate my bacon and drank my orange juice, then I got ready. It took me a while to get ready because I wanted to look my best. Why? I don’t know. About 3 hours later we arrived at the Josephine Tussaud Wax Museum!! The outside of the museum looked very nifty so I couldn’t wait to see what was on the inside. When I walked inside we had to pay a fee in order to get look at the actual wax sculptures. The cashier received our money and we were on our way in. It was a little chilly in there, but my mom said it had to be that way so the wax wouldn’t melt. I had never seen anything so realistic before! It was totally amazing! I saw Louis Armstrong, Jesus Christ, George Washington, Elizabeth I Queen of England, and a lot of other people. I can’t name them all. The museum was pretty big, so it was a lot of walking to do. Inside of the museum I rode in Cinderella’s pumpkin carriage. I felt like a royal princess. We viewed a couple of more wax sculptures, then we went to the gift shop, grabbed something tasty to eat, and we were on our way back to the hotel. Well I had a tremendous time at the wax museum. That was my summer of 2009. Hi there! I am Mollie Fayetta White, and I am 13 years young. I attend TMS.. HOME OF THE TIGERS!! whoo.. go TIGERS! I make all A’s and B’s. I am totally in love with the color turquoise. My room is purple and grey at the moment but I’m going to get it changed to my favorite color, turquoise. Hmmm.. I would have to say that my favorite food is cheddar cheese. I LOVE TO EAT! That was ramdom, but anyways I live in Texarkana, and I have 4 people in my family including me. I have a nine year old brother, mother, and a father. Oh and I would never forget my puppy, Rascal. Guess what.. I love my family.. and my dog, to death! Singing is my life! I sing in the shower, at church, in the hallways at school, while I’m doing homework, and anywhere else you can think of. Some of my other hobbies include dancing, and piano. Something that gets on my lasts nerves is when people CHEW WITH THEIR MOUTH OPEN! Anyways, I lost it there for a second. My birthstone is a Ruby, by the way I was born July 7, 2000. That’s just a little bit about me.
