The aim of these tutorials is to ensure the student is happy, to check progress and ensure retention. → A tutorial spreadsheet has been created to ensure that appropriate support is given (see the image below). It is up to tutors to amend the spreadsheet accordingly. → Attendance will be tracked at 2, 6 and 10. If a student is identified as ‘at risk’, tutors will need to arrange tutorials at appropriate points throughout the semester (suggested as week 7, 8 and 11). → If a student is identified as at risk, the suggested protocol is as follows; 1. Personal tutor email or phone call 2. Invitation to a personal tutor meeting 3. Invitation to a programme leader meeting where a red card may be issued. → Please ensure that students send a copy of their individual tutorial log.
