Senior Class Club Fundraiser
Dear Parents,
In an effort to help the senior class of 2015 celebrate the accomplishment of completing
their high school careers, we are attending Universal Studios Grad Bash ’15 on April 25th from
5 pm until 3 am. Due to hard economic times, the price of Grad Bash tickets has increased and I,
as club advisor, am struggling to provide payment for both Grad Bash and transportation
methods from the Senior Class fund. Therefore, I am asking that all parents/families that
purchase a Grad Bash ticket at $67.09 (including tax) make a transportation donation for his/her
child at a cost of $7.91.
Therefore, the total cost of Grad Bash 2015 with transportation will be $75.00 with price
increments increasing every two weeks. (See attached sales page)
Tickets will be on sale Monday, February 16th thru Thursday, April 23rd in room 463 (Mercado)
STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE IF THE TICKET IS LOST/STOLEN/ETC.
NO TICKET = NO ENTRANCE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tickets can be bought using cash, or a check made out to:
East River High School or ERHS
(please memo: child’s name, phone number, and Grad Bash 2015.).
There will be a cap of 100 tickets being sold, so please plan accordingly.
I am truly sorry for the inconvenience but I do hope to celebrate all of the East River High
School seniors’ accomplishments. They truly deserve it!
