Tickets are available NOW. Just return your completed
contract AND payment to the Branham main office.
The 2016 Grad Night Committee (sub-committee of the Branham Home & School Club) is committed to providing a fun, safe, drug and
alcohol-free celebration for our seniors on the night of graduation. This is the only Grad Night event sponsored by the BHSC.

Graduation Ceremony
4:00pm - 5:15pm
Mandatory student drop-off at Branham (no overnight parking allowed)
9:30pm
Check-in, security screen, board buses
9:30pm - 10:30pm
Travel to the Berkeley Marina
10:30pm - 11:30pm
SF Bay Cruise
12:30pm - 3:30am
Board buses and return to Branham
3:30am - 5:00am
Mandatory pick up at Branham Friday morning

BRANHAM GRAD NIGHT 2016
Dear Parents,
Why should your graduating Senior attend Branham Grad Night?
The Branham Grad Night 2016 Committee, a sub-committee of the Branham Home and School Club, is pleased to present
the 2016 Grad Night event - a San Francisco Bay cruise aboard a luxury Hornblower yacht. Our goal is to provide a fun,
safe, sober graduation event for your graduating senior. The cruise is sure to bring a wonderful, memorable ending to your
senior’s high school experience.

This Grad Night event is the only graduation event officially sanctioned, sponsored, and subsidized by Branham’s Home
and School Club (Tax ID #77-0525993). It is a non-profit event.

Chaperoned charter bus transportation between Branham and the Hornblower Pier at the Berkeley Marina is mandatory for
participating graduates. Everyone will be accounted for - no one can be left behind.

Only Branham High School graduating seniors and chaperones are allowed at the Branham Grad Night event.

The event will be continually chaperoned by parent volunteers and the professional staff of the Hornblower yacht.

All activities, food, and transportation are included in the ticket price. The event will include a dinner and drink buffet,

DJ & dancing and more. Your senior does not need to bring any money to the event.

The ticket price is $90 now through January 29, 2016. The price will be $95 through February 26, 2016. The ticket price will
be $100 until May 6, 2016. Financial assistance may be available for qualified Branham Seniors.

We need to have at least 100 students paid in full by January 29, 2016 to be able to go forward with this event.
Please talk to your students about their post-graduation ceremony plans.

If they want to go to Grad Night, help them complete the contract now.

Encourage and help them buy the ticket by returning the completed contract AND payment to Branham’s main office.

Due to liability issues, cars are not allowed to remain overnight in the Branham parking lot. Students must be picked up
from Branham the next morning at approximately 5:00am.


Help at a Grad Night fundraising event.

Join the Grad Night Committee.

