2016 LMLGA CONVENTION – Charitable Non-Profit Booth Applicant Guidelines The applicant process is comprised of the following steps: APPLICANT SUBMITS THE BELOW FORM BY MARCH 30, 2016 CONVENTION COMMITTEE DELIBERATES APPLICANTS ARE INFORMED OF RESULTS BY MARCH 30, 2016 CRITERIA 1. Proposals must be submitted following the application process provided by LMLGA. 2. LMLGA will accept applications until MARCH 30, 2016 only. 3. The application must be emailed to sparsons@rareaffairs.ca and jyoung@ubcm.ca 4. All questions/fields of form must be completed. 5. Successful applicants must be prepared to participate in the LMLGA Convention tradeshow taking place May 11-13, 2015 at the Chateau Whistler Resort & Spa. COMMITTEE DECISION The LMLGA Convention Committee will carefully weigh all applications and allocate a tradeshow space to a charitable non-profit at no charge. Successful applicants will serve as the inspiration for the annual “speaker gift” donation process, which includes donations made to a charitable non-profit on behalf of the Convention speakers and as a thank you to them for their service.
