RIDGEWAY VIEW FAMILY PRACTICE
PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP
PRACTICE OPPORTUNITIES
We recently asked our patients some questions about the service we provide and their
views on this. We surveyed patients that visited both of our surgeries during the week of
17th February – 7th March 2014 and asked them their thoughts about our GP service, our
nurse service and our telephone access.
On the whole the results were positive and showed improvement from last year. We
received some very good feedback and have also taken on board any less positive feedback
and comments, and with our Patient Participation Group (PPG) have agreed the following
actions.
