RIDGEWAY VIEW FAMILY PRACTICE PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP PRACTICE OPPORTUNITIES We recently asked our patients some questions about the service we provide and their views on this. We surveyed patients that visited both of our surgeries during the week of 17th February – 7th March 2014 and asked them their thoughts about our GP service, our nurse service and our telephone access. On the whole the results were positive and showed improvement from last year. We received some very good feedback and have also taken on board any less positive feedback and comments, and with our Patient Participation Group (PPG) have agreed the following actions.
