Pricing
Pricing
Cross Match’s offering consists of the sale of one non-exclusive license to install and
use WEBS Match software described herein on an out-right purchase basis. The
purchaser is responsible for maintaining the environment for the installation of the
software.
Cross Match has developed a standard pricing model that can be applied to estimate the
cost of a WEBS Match system deployment based upon overall system level requirements. The
pricing model is made up of a base package, and one configuration. Furthermore, any
special requirements and/or modifications can be addressed using the standard rates included
as part of this submission.
WEBS Match offers distinct models for pricing based on system capacity Level, matching
algorithms used and modality. Depending on the size and complexity of the deployment, WEBS
Match can provide a cost effective solution.

SaaS in a Cloud-Environment
WEBS Match is a web server solution utilizing industry standard web browsers and as such is
eligible to be operated in a SaaS environment.

Cost/Benefit
WEBS Match provides a cost effective solution and pricing scheme that allows customers to
purchase and scale to the capacity and modality as required.
The ability to provide services to external resources through a secure web-browser interface
increases the availability of information and reduces the management costs through centralized
capabilities.
Annual Support and Maintenance
Year 1 annual maintenance is included in the sales prices referenced above. Further years
system maintenance is calculated based on 20% of system price. Included with system
maintenance is 24 x 7 help desk support and access to all software updates and upgrades.

Yearly software maintenance is 20% of the price of the software. Support and maintenance
includes:

Free software upgrades (including patches and updates)
Fault/bug reporting and resolution
Logging of enhancement requests
Access to 1st line Help Desk 7 days a week, 365 days a year
Support and Maintenance excludes:




Description of the types of training that are available
Cross Match has a dedicated training department in addition to an Implementation Team which
can provide training sessions that can be customized as per customer needs. Cost would be as
referenced in rate cards included in this submission.
