Pricing
WEBS Enrollment offers traditional licenses that customers can purchase.
Sizing the Offering
Cross Match’s service consists of the sale of a non-exclusive license to install and use the
WEBS Enrollment software described herein on an outright purchase basis. The purchaser is
responsible for maintaining the environment for the installation of the software.
We have developed a standard pricing model that can be applied to estimate the cost of a
WEBS Enrollment deployment based upon generic requirements. Additional software licenses
for additional workstation are available as required.
Base Package
The base package includes the software required to deploy the minimum recommended
configuration of WEBS Enrollment along with 5 workstation licenses. Additional configurations
and/or submissions are available and can be purchased for additional costs. New Requirements
not currently implemented can also be quoted based on rate card information
Addition Units
Additional workstation licenses can be purchased in packs of 5.
SaaS in a Cloud-Environment
WEBS Enrollment is a web server solution utilizing industry standard web browsers and as such
is eligible to be operated in a SaaS environment
WEBS Enrollment Pricing
Customers will buy licenses that are based on how many fingerprint scanners will be in use.
Each scanner represents 1 license of the software. Customers are required to buy a ‘Base’
license which includes licenses for up to 5 workstations that include scanners. Additional

capacity packs include 5 licenses each. Customers also are required to purchase at least one
configuration. This pricing does not include the price of the scanners which must be purchased
separately.

Cost/Benefit
By eliminating many of the costs of installing and maintaining client-based software, our
customers have a lower Total Cost of Ownership when compared to other systems.

Annual Support and Maintenance
Annual Maintenance is calculated at 20% of the cost of the total licenses. It includes 24 x 7 help
desk support and access to all software upgrades.

Yearly software maintenance is 20% of the price of the software. Support and maintenance
includes:




Free software upgrades (including patches and updates)
Fault/bug reporting and resolution
Logging of enhancement requests
Access to 1st line Help Desk 7 days a week, 365 days a year
Support and Maintenance excludes:



Installation, integration and configuration services

Cross Match has a dedicated training department in addition to a Professional Services team.
Training sessions can be customized and cost as indicated in the rate cards included in this
