Within 3 days (and up to 6 months after the Event) images are displayed on our
website.
Students/Parents/Guardians can view and order images at www.3p.net.au.

(This Option is automatic for all 3P Photography Events)

Download Access ::
This allows each Students/Parents/Guardians to Download any/all images taken
on the night in High Resolution.
Attendees can then edit, print or upload, as they like!

1 x Set of Props (in keeping with the Event theme)
Roaming Photography of Room Set up and Speeches/Presentations

By singing the last page and/or paying a deposit for this Proposal, you agree to the following
terms and conditions::

Conditions of 3P Photography for the above scope of Work ::
1. 3P Photographers are dedicated to maintaining the level of professionalism service
and image that our clients have come to expect.
2. Our staff will always be presented and dressed appropriate to the event.
3. 3P Photographers are responsible for all related equipment and costs to provide
professional photographic services.
4. All 3P Photographers have Valid Working With Children Checks.

Conditions of Client for the above scope of work::
1. Provide 3P contact details to attendees, either website link or included on
ticket/booklet for attendees to view/purchase chosen images
2. Ensure there’s one dressed table and one chair available for our Sales Teams use, and
one dressed table for drinks at the Location Studio, and power to both sites.
3. Allow space for the Location Studio (5m x 5m) plus room for the attendees to queue,
per Backdrop.
4. Provide Meal and drinks for all 3P Staff on duty. (Preferably when attendees are served
mains as this is the quietest time)
5. Provide Valet Parking for one car, if located in CBD.
6. When albums are uploaded online, 3P Photography does not take any responsibility for
the content of the images.
Images can be removed, after a fee of $150.00+gst is paid, either by the Organizers or
the Individual.
