K9 Boarding Contract
This is a Contract between Pampered Paws Kennel and the pet Owner.
Kennel agrees to exercise due and reasonable care, and to keep the kennel premises sanitary and properly
enclosed. The dog(s) is to be fed properly and regularly, and to be housed in clean, safe quarters.
All dogs are boarded or are otherwise handled or cared for by Kennel without liability on Kennel’s part for
loss or damage from disease, theft, fire, death, running away, injury, or harm to persons, other dogs, or
property by said dog, or other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised.
Owner agrees to pay to Kennel;
*1 Dog-Overnight $30/night
*2 Family Dogs (shared kennel)-Overnight $40/night
**$20 fee for late pickup or drop off. (within 30min of agreed upon time) **
**Stay's over 15 days require a 50% deposit**
**Large Dogs need separate kennels**
**Additional Family Dogs in Shared Kennel $5/night/dog**
GST IS INCLUDED IN PRICES
DISCOUNTED RATES START AT 6 DAYS – 1% per day increasing to 15%
All charges incurred by Owner shall be payable upon pick-up of pet(s).
Dog(s) must have been currently vaccinated for Rabies and Da2pp. Initial Here _______

Owner further agrees that pet(s) shall not leave the Kennel until all charges are paid to
Kennel by Owner. Kennel shall have, and is hereby granted, a lien on the pet(s) for any
and all unpaid charges resulting from boarding pet(s) at Kennel.
If the pet(s) become ill or if the state of the animal’s health otherwise requires
professional attention, Kennel, in its sole discretion, may engage the services of a
veterinarian of its choosing, administer medicine or give other requisite attention to the
animal, and expenses thereof shall be paid by Owner. The dog shall be free of infectious,
contagious, or transmissible disease. If the owner’s dog is found to be infectious and
failed to inform the Kennel, and other boarded dogs become infected with the same
symptoms, the owner of the infectious dog will be held liable for any and all veterinarian
bills that result from the transmission of the disease or parasite. Please make sure your
dog is healthy! Regardless of fault the maximum amount that we could be responsible for
is the amount of our contract.
It is understood by Kennel and Owner that all provisions of this Contract shall be binding
upon both parties thereunto for this visit and all subsequent visits. This Contract contains
the entire agreement between parties. By signing I agree that I have read and understood
the terms of this contract.
