Anna Bogucka In 1964 I became the proud owner of my first boxer. It was solid brindle female of an average show quality but of perfect working abilities. She produced only one litter without yet any kennel name. Ten years later, as already adult person, I bought my second boxer. This time it was very promising show quality puppy, the flashy red male Remi-Ivo, from well known those days Polish kennel Hara. He grew up to an excellent show dog and producer. His daughter, Karolina Olga Greyxer became the foundation bitch of my kennel “Nostrum”. I had a great luck to build my kennel with that beautiful and healthy, of great character and temperament, flashy brindle female who lived with me 14 years. Karolina had very interesting pedigree with Italian and German background. Out of famous Xanthos v.Bereler Ries she gave me, in 2 subsequent litters, my unforgettable flashy brindle Montana and her older brother Ksiaze Pepi. All of today’s Nostrum boxers are, in the straight line, offspring of Karolina and Montana. Up today I bred: 42 Champions, 23 International Champions and 13 Club Winners. In 1985 I became a boxer judge and since then I judged boxers in most European countries including such important events like World show, Atibox and many Jahressieger shows. For many years I judge not only boxers, but also all breeds from 2 and 8 FCI groups. Years 1985-93 and since 1997 to today I am a member of the Polish Kennel Club General Committee. 1987 - 2005 I served as the v-ce President of the Polish Boxer Club (breeding affairs) and since 2005 - 2011 I had the honour to be its’ President. In 2014 became elected again to the post of v-ce president (breeding affairs). In profession I am historian of art.
