LAYTONSVILLE HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
MEETING MINUTES
January 21, 2013
Roll Call:
The regular meeting of the Laytonsville Historic District Commission (HDC) was called to order by
Chair Wenger at 7:35 p.m.. Commission Members Jill Ruspi and Charley Hendricks, Joann Howes,
and Alternate Lisa Simonetti were present. Member Michele Shortley was absent.
Attendance: There were no guests present.
Minutes:
Member Hendricks moved that approval of the minutes from the meeting of October 15, 2012, be
postponed until consultation with Tom Burke for clarification of the roof measurements. Member
Ruspi seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
Preliminary Statement by Chair:
The preliminary statement was not read.
Old Business:
New Business:
Chair Wenger stated there will be a hearing on February 18, 2013 for Kathy and Andreas Drouliskos at
7321 Brink Road. The residents are requesting a shed on their property.
Adjournment: There being no further business, Member Ruspi made the motion to adjourn the
meeting which was seconded by Member Hendricks. Motion carried unanimously. The meeting
adjourned at 7:55 p.m..
