as how to calculate APG reimbursement. This webinar is great for those new to Medicaid reimbursement as
well as those that need a refresher.

About the Speakers:
Michele Mecomonaco, CPA, FHFMA – Michele provides consulting services to the healthcare industry
covering hospitals, nursing homes and physician practices. Michele’s specialty is working with healthcare
revenue cycle transactions and assists with operational and compliance matters. She has been working more
than ten years at Syracuse based healthcare providers in operational areas as well as in compliance. She
started her professional career in public accounting working four years at a national audit and consulting firm.
Michele has received a designation of Fellow by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), an
elite recognition within the healthcare industry. She serves as President of the Central New York Chapter of
HFMA, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York
State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). Michele is a graduate of Le Moyne College and
resides in Liverpool, NY.
