required to deliver, place and set up the classroom(s), please provide your regional representative with the
following information for each modular classroom(s) that is to be relocated:

Site Plan:
A site plan, fully dimensioned, of the entire site showing receiving school, the location and orientation of the
modular classrooms, connecting link (if required) and site access points. The site plan should identify the type
of modular classrooms (A-Unit Type/Orientation and/or B-Unit).
The site plan will need to indicate a description of the topography of the site and the elevation to which the
modular classrooms will be set, as well as any underground utilities that may be impacted by the placement of
the modular classrooms. This information will determine the method of placement of the modular classrooms
when they are delivered to the site.
