The dates presented below represent the start date and end date of each meeting. Information specific to travel
requirements, pre- and post-meeting requirements for certain groups will be distributed separately.
Schedules for all meetings are subject to final approval.
2015 Leadership Meeting
The USTA Leadership Meeting in 2015 will bring together the new Board of Directors, Section Presidents,
Delegates, Executive Directors, USTA Senior Management, Committee Chairs, and Committee Staff members to
share the vision of the incoming USTA President, confirm priorities for the upcoming year, obtain feedback and
input on areas of opportunity and concern to the organization, and continue to promote positive relationships
among the USTA volunteer and staff leadership.

2015 Annual Meeting and Conference
The USTA Annual Meeting and Conference, held during the early part of the year, brings together USTA
Leadership, national staff, national committee members, and section volunteers and staff in pursuit of the USTA
mission: To Promote and Develop the Growth of Tennis. Along with leadership and committee meetings, the
Annual Meeting provides educational opportunities for all attendees to develop and enhance their personal and
professional skills and learn new ways to promote the game of tennis.

2015 Semiannual Meeting and Conference
The USTA Semiannual Meeting and Conference brings together USTA Leadership, national staff, national
committee members, and section volunteers to review the year’s accomplishments and set new goals as they
pertain to the USTA mission: To Promote and Develop the Growth of Tennis. Set against the backdrop of the US
Open, the Semiannual Meeting and Conference is a combination of committee meetings, networking and ideasharing, and the largest celebration of tennis in the United States.

2015 Tennis Development Workshop
The 2015 Tennis Development Workshop brings together USTA national, section, and district staff with tennis
leaders and coordinators from around the country, and provides an opportunity to educate, encourage and inspire
who are helping to Promote and Develop the Growth of Tennis in their communities; the people involved in tennis
at the grassroots.
