Happy Thanksgiving
WINTER IS HERE!
The 2016 Budget The budget will go out
with January statements at the end of
December. We won’t have the budget
finalized until early December. If you have
any questions. Please come to the Business
Meeting on January 19th, 2016 for answers.
Please note that garbage cans can only be moved to their
winter locations after the first snow fall.
HandyMan Help Wanted
(Mostly Summer) 8 – 10 hours per week
Cleaning Bathrooms, picking up trash,
Some general
maintenance repairs.

Pets
Pets must be leashed at all times for their
protection and yours & should not be left
out, tied up & unattended.
Garbage Cans:
Please Do Not Park in Fire Lanes
Snow Parking In working with the City of Waukegan
to get a handle on the plowing of the
snow on Brentwood Ln & Abington
Please do not park in the extra spaces
at the West dead end of Brentwood.
(Court # 11). This is where we & the
City of Waukegan will push our snow
so it does not pile up at the end of the
courts. If you park your truck or car
there it will be towed at your expense.
Court Liaison Committee:
Meeting 1-05-2016 7:00 p.m.
The Liaison Committee is made up of a unit owner from
each court to form a committee and gather court issues &
community concerns.
Satellite Dishes:
If you choose to have a Satellite Dish it cannot
be mounted on the roof or any part of the
building. You must have it installed on a pole
(Provided by Satellite Co.) in your back yard
(Only). All wires must come in at the bottom
of your unit and up through the inside, not on
the outside of your building with wires
hanging everywhere. GOAL: Preventing future
This way each court’s concerns & suggestions can be
heard & addressed. We still need liaisons from Courts
2, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11 A Board member living in your
court is not the “default” liaison. Please volunteer!
