The Insulation heated holding and proofing cabinet must contain a patented insulation technology
that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. This cabinet must also
features 1/4" dia. nickel-chrome electro-plated fixed wire slides, welded on 3" spacing.

The Proofing Cabinet must be constructed of a solid construction that is dent-, impact-, and stainresistant.
