M. Qasim Ansari, M.D.
Dr. Ansari is an Immunopathologist on staff at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland Ohio. He is
a professor of pathology and the medical director of the immunopathology section. He
graduated with honors from Dow Medical College receiving a Gold Medal in Surgery and
has trained at Baylor College of medicine and UT Southwestern Medical Center for his
pathology (AP/CP) residency and fellowship in immunopathology respectively. In addition
to Anatomic pathology and Clinical pathology (AP and CP), Dr. Ansari is Board certified in
Immunopathology and Hematology. He is a fellow of the College of American pathologists
(FCAP) and chair of the CAP Diagnostic immunology Resource Committee. He has many
publications and many presentations and has directed residency training and fellowship
programs. He has received many awards including the Presidential award from the Texas
Society of Pathology in 2012 and 2014.
