AFLV
Please remember to nominate one member of your chapter to send to AFLV. It will take place February 4-7, 2016 in
Indianapolis, IN at the JW Marriott.
Papa Johns Pizza Party Contest
The pizza contest will be held Monday October 12 and October 13. Each organization has a code to hand out to those who want to buy pizza! Remember, the council or organization that raises the most money will get a pizza party worth half the total they raised.
Fareed Zakaria
Fareed Zakaria will be here October 5, 2015. He is an exceptional speaker and a CNN analyst.

Meeting began at 6:02pm
I am Greek and I am Beautiful
I am Greek and I am Beautiful is a campaign in the works that will highlight that not in,y are we Greek, but despite all that we have going on personally, we are still beautiful.
Destiny, one of the Graduate Assistants, will be ahead of this project and more information will be given once the campaign is ready.
Sex Trafficking
Be mindful of your surroundings. There are some strange people out and around cape looking for young girls you go to common stores such as Target and Walmart alone. Make sure you are aware of those around you and just be careful.
Papa Johns Fundraiser
The Papa Johns Pizza Fundraiser is just friendly competition between the Greek
Community. Remember our day is Monday and Tuesday. Use code OPP30.
NPHC Garden Update
After the last meeting with the administration the final design has been set. The only additions to the design will be lighting over the stones so that they are illuminated during the evening. The cost of the project will be determined at the next meeting on October 28,
2015. Fourth more, Student Government and Alumni will be two main sources of funding for this project.
Meeting with the President of the University
Dr. Vargas would like to meet with our council. I am unaware of his knowledge of our organizations and this will be a great time for us to showcase ourselves. We will be discussing our organization’s strengths and weaknesses, how we feel about the university and their support of us, and also our garden. Additional topics can be added as well but these are just a start. The meeting will take place October 30, 2015 at 4:00pm in Academic
143. Please have your chapter president or representative present.
Ticket Sales and Prices
Tickets will be on sale everyday next week. If you are free to attend during the afternoon hours, feel free to join us at the table to sell our tickets. The tickets are $15. Students are free to the Step Show, Alumni/Greeks will be $7, and the general public is $10.
Homecoming Questions

Each team was given an agenda with the parade information, rehearsal time, and also the schedule of who is working the door. We still need additional help to work the door and if you have a time preference, let Andrea know. Once more information is released about the parade, each chapter will be notified. Also, each chapter will be emailed the template to use to make the letters for the banner. Shae, Sigma Gamma Rho, will be in charge of the banner.
Homecoming Planning with BSU
The theme is BLACK BY POPULAR DEMAND
Monday – Recess | 7pm | North Rec East Gym
Tuesday – Scavenger Hunt | 7pm | Meet at Scully Fountain
The students will start at Scully Fountain where they are given directions. The winner of the scavenger hunt wins free entry into Saturday's party and the teams are to be with 3-
4people. The categories covered will be Black sports, music, tv, film, and history. The questions are in riddle form and require a right answer in order for teams to move forward.
Also, they had 3 Google uses total. Each team will get a paper signed by the person working each place to make sure each team visited and solved every riddle during the scavenger hunt.
