The course prepares the student for the Fire Officer I certification process. This class covers almost 350 pages of the book, students must take some time before class and read the material. The class moves very fast and the success of students will be a direct reflection of the amount of study time dedicated prior to the class. The fee for the course is $300 Course Prerequisites Emergency Services Instructor I Course Goals and Objectives After completing the course the student will have met the sections required for a Fire Officer I in the NFPA® 1021, 2014 edition, Standard for Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications. Students who successfully complete the certification process will be certified as a Fire Officer I.
