CONTEST RULES
Unite Half Marathon $17.66 Opening Day Promotion
A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Anyone enters on on 9.29.15
adn 9.30.15 will automatically win the reduced opening day entry fee of $60. All
entrants will then be entered into the hourly drawings to win a further reduced
entry of $17.66.
If you do not wish to race and did not win the $17.66 entry fee we will issue you a
full refund within 7 days of the start of the promotion. You must send the request
with a self addresssed/pre paid postage envelope to CGI Racing 101 South Marion
Ave, Wenonah NJ 08090 to request your refund. A check will be issued within 30
days or receipt of said request. Refund requests will not be taken any other way.
Eligibility
Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law. Open to legal residents of the
U.S. and Puerto Rico. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian in
order to enter the contest.
Employees of CGI Racing and its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, and
their respective directors, officers, related companies, subsidiaries and advertising
and promotion agencies, and their families or those persons living in the same
household of such individuals are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
Contest starts on 9.30.15 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Every person entering will win
a $60 entry fee. All entrants will be entered into an hourly drawing where about 10
names will be drawn each hour until a total of 150 winners have been chosen. Last
drawing is at 6pm on 9.30.15.
Entrants can only win once. Any entrant who does not win a $17.66 entry fee in any
round will automatically be entered into the following rounds until all winners have
been drawn.
Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive
property of CGI Racing. None will be returned.
CGI Racing, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any inappropriate
entries/submissions.
By entering this contest, you agree to give CGI Racing complete ownership of your
entry/submission. CGI Racing plans to publish all eligible entries and names on its
Facebook page. CGI Racing may, but has no obligation, to publish all pictures and
essays which are part of the entries on our CGI Racing.com website, or use in any
other media or way we choose. Your entry/submission will not be returned.
Where a dispute arises about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be
deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. You can be entered only once.
Multiple entries will be disregarded.
By entering, contest participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by
these official contest rules.
Winners
If winner is deemed to be an eligible minor in their state of legal residence, the prize
will be awarded in their parent or legal guardian’s name. Acceptance of a prize
constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name, likeness,
photograph, voice, entry, photo shoot, biographical information and statements for
any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity and
promotional purposes in perpetuity and worldwide, in any and all media, without
additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The names of the winners or a copy of the Official Rules can be obtained by sending
a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL
AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CGI Racing
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE NEW JERSEY COURTS (STATE AND
FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING
THE CONTEST AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY SHALL GOVERN
THE CONTEST. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO
JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE
JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
CGI Racing, Inc and their affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies and their
respective directors, officers, related companies and employees are not responsible
or liable for any illnesses, injury, losses, litigation or damage that may occur from
participation in the contest or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. CGI
Racing, Inc. and all its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies and their
respective directors, officers, related companies and employees are not responsible
or liable for (i) telephone, computer, technical, network, electronic, hardware, or
software failures of any kind, (ii) stolen, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, or
garbled e-mail, (iii) lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage-due
mail, or (iv) or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with
this contest. You also agree to defend CGI Racing and its affiliates, subsidiaries,
parent corporations and their respective directors, officers and employees and
waive any right to pursue any claims of any nature whatsoever arising in connection
with your entry and the materials contained with your entry and CGI Racing use of
them.
CGI Racing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or cancel the
contest at any time if technical problems corrupt the administration, security or
proper play of the contest, or for any other reason. In such event, CGI Racing may
select winners in a random drawing from among all entries received for the contest
prior to the suspension or cancellation.
