What, in your opinion, makes a great director (or choreographer)? Please use examples from your own directing/choreographic experience as well as from other directors and/or choreographers you have collaborated with, observed, or assisted.
Please prepare the following materials and upload to Youtube or Vimeo:

- An artist introduction (tell us about yourself, help us get to know you beyond your resume)
- Tell us about a project you dream of directing (or choreographing) someday, why you feel so strongly about it and, if applicable, what training or experience you think you need to gain in order to be ready to do it.
