5. What are your estimated costs for completing the Product, and how will you fund these costs?
6. Who have you chosen (or are considering choosing) as your Project Facilitator/Mentor? (Remember: this
person cannot be a family member or a Creekview teacher.)
7. What is this person’s expertise in this field?
8. Rationale: In detail, make your case for your Senior Project. In other words, explain why you have chosen
the topic, how you envision it turning out, and your process for its creation. This rationale should be TYPED
(MLA format required) and be approximately one page. Please remember that the rationale will be graded not
only for content but also for grammar and mechanics.
