Like all silicones, GT Products GT-6381B can produce formaldehyde
when strongly heated in air. In addition, under fire conditions and or
when exposed to oxidizers or strong acids or bases, the silicone
hydride content of GT-6381B may be converted into hydrogen gas.
ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Shut off all ignition sources. Material is thick enough to be picked up by gloved hands and properly disposed of.
