members. You can buy your life membership at the centre for £2 (Cash)

Entry fees £12.00 per class. Late entries accepted if classes not full at additional £2.00 per class. Credit card
payments accepted surcharge £1.00 to be added. Cheques to be made payable to Brook Farm Equestrian Club. All
withdrawals from the competition must be accompanied by a Vets/Doctors certificate if you want a refund of entry fees.
Classes will be held in the INDOOR arena. Warm up will be covered arena with sand/rubber surface.
Good lorry parking on hard standing.

Brook Farm TC, nor anyone acting on Brook Farm’s behalf, does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss,
damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, spectators or property. All competitors must have their
own public liability insurance.
Restrictions and Rules for Brook Farm
Riders may compete and qualify in more than one level and with more than one horse. Restrictions apply at the
time of qualifying only. Brook Farm TC is delighted if riders progress through the season and can qualify at two
levels. Classes will be split Senior/Junior if entries warrant. Junior up to16 yrs not to attained their 16th birthday
before1/1/16
.Horse /Rider combination that have won a BFTC championship prior to 2016 will not be allowed to compete
at the same level again and will have to move up a level this excludes Elementary.
Walk/Trot Class
Class 1 – Rider to have no Elementary BD Points.
Horse / Pony / Rider Combination not to have won or been placed 1st – 3rd in a Prelim class or higher level prior to
2014.
Prelim & Novice Classes
The combination (horse & rider) are not to have won three times at the level above in a class with more than three
competitors.
Elementary Classes
Open to horses/ponies with less than 199BD points, however if competing at the Trailblazers finals then must have
less than 150BD points.
Entries close Tuesday before the show or when classes are full.
Ring for times Wednesday before each show between 7pm – 9pm
