o Exec Nominations have opened
 Angela will be putting up a sign up sheet after forum
 Questionnaire will be sent out to candidates—have to fill them
out by Saturday at 9 PM; next week will be elections
 Pizza and speeches and then voting
o Chinese New Year Event
 May or may not be happening
o XRC events this week

o Master’s Banquet updates- RSVPs due ?
 Sent out invitations
 Decided on theme
 Sunday, March 1st in the Great Room starting at 5 PM
 Semi-formal dress
 Angela will set up form for RSVP purposing
 Need to know final number three days before event (for food
purposes)
o Sean Lee, our Assistant Master, trying to put together an event to visit
a Turkish carpet store down on Dempster; sounds very interesting
o 2 dates we are deciding between—next Wednesday and next
Thursday evenings

Election Procedure and Nominations
o President: Chief Executive Officer; lots of emails; in charge of exec and
forum meetings; liaison between CCS and Res College Board; in charge
of maintaining relationship between university and CCS; pick exec
board
o Vice President of Faculty Relations: send out a doodle for Fellows
Lunch, schedule firesides; one big event a quarter for celebration of
fellows
o Vice President of Programming: plan social events; talk to people and
see what they want; plan at least 3 a quarter; camping trip spring
quarter
o Vice President of Community Engagement: coordinator of service
events throughout Evanston/Chicago area; essentially in charge of
philanthropy
o Treasurer: manage budget; plan out how much different events
spend; go through paperwork for reimbursement; SOFO trained
o Secretary: take minutes at forum and exec meetings; in charge of
website; in charge of housing; most importantly, in charge of points

o Can be nominated now or sometime throughout the week until Friday
night
