Meeting Started: 5:40 pm.

I.
Fundraising
A. Krispy Kreme Donuts
 if you make any preorder sales, fill out a preorder confirmation slip
with the purchaser’s name, your signature, and the amount they
purchased
B. Pizza on the Hill
 Sara and Lauren will be working with OHAG to sell Antonio’s Pizza
this Saturday, May 7, 4-7 p.m.

Events
A. Common School Carnival
 Chris has seven people working the carnival this Saturday, May 7, and
the shifts have been distributed evenly throughout the evening
III.
Miscellaneous
A. Festival of the Arts feedback
 Carolyn reports that it was a success and that SAC was great to work
with
B. GK Potluck
 Chris suggested that we all check for allergies and preferences before
preparing dishes to bring
C. Learning to maintain the website
 Sarah will be graduating, so she will contact all the general members
to see if someone wants to fill the web master role. In the meantime,
Carolyn has offered to learn the basics of maintaining the site and will
meet with Sarah next week. Carolyn will be able to teach other GK
officers so they can split up the website work.
D. Alumni Networking Workshop
 Chris is meeting with Melanie about the alumni weekend. Chris will
be reserving 5 rooms for the occasion.
